Does anyone know what the maximum size a rule can be. In Outlook 2000 it had
a limit of 32K.
There is no size limit for an individual rule. The maximum for all rules
together is 32k in all versions of Outlook.

How can I find out the size of my rules? Is a rule that moves mail from
multiple people to one location bigger than multiple rules for individuals to
one location?

There is no way to lookup the size being used. For tips to reduce rule sizes

According to the article, Outlook 2007 is an exception: "The rules size limit
for mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 has been increased to a
default size of 64 KB per mailbox. The rule limit is now a customizable limit
up to 256 KB per mailbox."
