I have created a very large structured filing system in my outlook (with
folders & sub-folders), and I wonder if there is a way to get a print-out of
the list enabling me to synchronize the manual filing of documents.
Many thanks,

You could do it the way I make a training manual. Show the folder list,
then use Alt and Print Screen (together) open Word and CTRL V to paste the
screen shot into a document.

Is there any way to print outlook folder list besides Print Screen function?

The posts below were from 2005, and I am wondering if anyone has an updated
answer/comment that they can think of regarding these issues related to
Outlook 2007?
I am wondering because I work the same way as nac_jr: I use structured
filing systems and sometimes I'd like to update lists in external apps of
folder and subfolder titles.
