E-Mail Mail Merge

would like to compose a notice to customers, personalize with name, date and
amount & amt of last pruchase and send to e-mail addr.  similar to mail merge
in MS word.  the data is stored in excel but can xfer to access too.

any suggestions? thanks

Mail merge in Word is the feature you want to use. It supports output to email as well as new document and printer.
