My the box on the left where it shows mailbox - it shows one unread email in
the inbox - Inbox (1) - I shows this although there are no unread messages in
my inbox - when new messages come in it always shows one more unread message
than there actually is - How do I reindex to repair this?

does the "1" stick around even if you right click on "Inbox" and select
"Mark All as Read?"

I am having this same problem. Tried to close out of the inbox and outlook
and it still shows. How did you fix this problem?

Thanks

Why is it doing this and why would we need to click on the "Mark as Read" in
order for it to go away?
