Installed Word, then on opening I got product key error message.

My computer crashed. Had to restore. Reloaded Word 2003, it took product key
ok when downloading. Later, when I tried to open Word, I was stopped by
another demand for my name, inits. and product code. It kept returning an
error message that the Product Key was not valid. It was the same, I swear.
