I am trying to do a bulk mailing to P. O. Boxes. How do I add the P. O. Box
#'s in sequence without having to type each number on envelope or label ?

You could create a list in Excel (which allows you to use AutoFill to create
a sequence of numbers) and then use mail merge to insert the numbers.

Another option would be SEQ fields in the labels, see
