I have separate sections, A, B, C and so forth.  These are created using
Section Break - Next Page.  I title the sections using a Header style.  When
I insert a page number in the footer, I will add in the section identifier
so the page number looks like A-1, etc.  The A- is in front of the page
number field.

Right now, the TOC field lists the page numbers for each section as 1.  Can
I get the TOC to pick up the section identifier to list the page numbers as
A-1, B-1, etc?

If you want the TOC to pick up the section identifiers, the best way is to
include them in the heading numbering and use the "Include chapter number"
feature in Format Page Number. For more, see
