Copy and Paste Error

This just started happening....now I cannot copy and paste any text from the
body of an email into a Word Doc. It keeps going into error and telling me
the program is not responding. Yesterday I could do it?? What happened??
By the way, I can copy and paste anything from the Internet into a Word
doc....it just seems to be my email??

When pasting, try using Edit | Paste Special | Paste as:
Unformatted text.
