How to save photo from Word doc?

I'm new to Word and having trouble..

I don't see how to Save a photo included on a Word page I receive to my
computer.

I'm sure there must be a way, but I can't find it.

Thanks everyone..you know I'd saved like that before and was frustrated as
the Saved page separated into a folder and a file.

I should have thought of that myself !
