Stop asking to update entire table of contents

Is there any way to get Word to automatically update the entire table
of contents when field are updated?

When I print or if I manually update fields, I always get this prompt.
I always want the entire table updated without prompting.

Nope. Unfortunately, there's never been an option to suppress that prompt.
