Why is Word inserting picture?

Using Word 2000, I typed "ask the pilot" and hit enter.  Word inserted
a picture of a Palm Pilot.  Hovering over the word "pilot" indicates
that it's a PilotDesktopIcon.  Any idea why this is happening?

do you have an autotext entry for that?
