Using Word 2003.

I know how to create new autotext entries and save these to a new template,
but once I've created a batch how do I organise them into groups like the
existing default groups, e.g. Attention Line, Salutation etc?

Also how do I remove the existing default groups from my own templates?

TIA.

Chris.

The 'groups' relate to the paragraph styles that are applied to the autotext
entries at the time they are created. You create an entry in a certain
paragraph style and it will form itself into a 'group' named after that
paragraph style. So to have it appear in Attention Line, apply that style
and resave it.
