All of a sudden my "return address" won't print? It is set as the default and "omit" is NOT checked. The sender info prints okay. Although it doesn't print where I have it set to print. I'm using a #10 envelope But is doesn't seem to recognize the settings. I have Win Xp Sp2 PRO - Media Edition MS Office 2000 (all up to date) Thanks in advance for the help ! Have you tried adding an envelope to an existing document to see if the address shows up on the screen and in print preview? You should be able to see the return address and the sender's address where they will print, so it could be useful in your diagnosis.
