We have an employee who has reset her margin default. I need to reset them all back to the "factory" margins. Factory defaults are 1.25" left and right, 1" top and bottom, and 0.5" header and footer.  SignatureSuzanne S. In case you are asking how to do this... Use File/Page Setup Select the Margins tab Make the changes you wish to make - you can stay with the 1.25" x 1" or 1" x 1" is popular also Click the Default button in the bottom left > Factory defaults are 1.25" left and right, 1" top and bottom, and 0.5" > header and footer.
