I'm trying to insert vertical lines in a word document but when accessing the
button, nothing happens.

Hi Rae,

After clicking on the line button, you have to draw the line where you want it to apear. You do this by holding down the left mouse
button at the start point and dragging it to the end point, then releasing the left mouse button.
