I have an existing Word label document with mailing addresses all with the
relevant Postal Barcodes.

How can I add addresses complete with their Postal Barcodes to this existing
label document?

Thanks

Assuming you don't want to just type them in... and are using Mail Merge.
One option would be to create a 2nd file as the result of the mail merge --
save it.  Then in your original file just use the INSERT --> FILE option and
it would add the secondary labels at your point of insertion (presumably
either the very end or very beginning of your document.)
