I have installed word into my computer but it keeps asking
me for a product key to register it. I have entered the
Yellow Lable Product key code in but it will not accept
it. I purchased this through my college. What should I
do???

Hi Matt,

Probably in the first instance, you should contact your college as they may
have mixed up the CD's and the containers with the Yellow Label on which the
Product Key is printed.

Alternatively, see "How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft
Software or Hardware" at:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[ln];326246

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps
