I am unable to use the AOL tutorials. A message says that
I must have administrator access.
I think I do have that.To check that,I went to control
panel -- user accounts and what I have there is:

Owner --- computer administrator
Guest --- guest account is off

I am the only user on this computer.
Am I correct that I do have administrator access?
If not, what do I have to do to correct this?
Thanks
