Automatic Insertion of Bookmarks

Hi,

Is there any way to add a bookmark automatically to a
document for instance when you add a specific style?

Is there any easy way to do it other than going to each
location and inserting bookmarks one by one

It's not clear what you're trying to bookmark, but some things *are*
automatically bookmarked in Word. The nine built-in heading styles, for
example, plus footnotes/endnotes, numbered items, captions, and the like.
That is, if you open the Insert | Cross-reference dialog, those items are
available without your having to explicitly bookmark them.
