I picked my computer up after having it repaired and had
to reinstall office xp. I can access excel, power point
and outlook, but everytime I go to word, I have to enter
my product key; I entered it, but it says it's invalid.
What's up and how do I fix it?

Look at the numbers and letters, it is easy to mistake a 0 for the letter O.
Sometimes a 8 can be mistaken for B.
