I don't have word installed on my computer but a disk came
with it for Word 2000 the computer is not a new one.  When
I go to install word ir asked for a 25 digit number of
certificate of authenticity but I did not receive a number
with it what can I do.

When I got my computer it came with a disk called "Home Essentials" and
there was a green Certificate of Authenticity with the Product ID on it for
Word, Encarta, Puzzle Collection, Internet Explorer and MS Money.  Look
through your papers for such a Certificate.

You cannot install Word without the code. If the disc came with the second
hand computer, ask the supplier for the code.
