howto unprotect a doc

hi
I have protected some doc's with passwords
one for opening and
one for changing the doc
how do I get rid of these passwords

In Word 2002 or 2003, you open the file, then click on File | Save As | Tools
| Security Options | delete the open and modify passwords | OK | Save.

Open the document, after typing the right password (hope you remember them).
Go to Tools - Options - Security, and just remove the passwords.
