hi I have protected some doc's with passwords one for opening and one for changing the doc how do I get rid of these passwords  Signatureerik Denmark In Word 2002 or 2003, you open the file, then click on File | Save As | Tools | Security Options | delete the open and modify passwords | OK | Save. > hi > I have protected some doc's with passwords > one for opening and > one for changing the doc > how do I get rid of these passwords Open the document, after typing the right password (hope you remember them).
