I recently began having problems with my word 2000. When I open a document no
tool bars ar visable at all, just a gray frame with nothing on it...not even
where File, View etc used to be. I tried right clicking on the gray frame
area and it doesn't show anything that will bring back the original way it
was. I tried un-installing Office 2000 and re-installing it and still
nothing...clicking custom doesn't help either. I have a suspician that it may
have something to do with srewing up the global template "normal.dot" but
can't figure out how to go back to the way it was showing all the tool bars...
  Any suggestions?
