Copy/Paste clipboard

Hi,

Please tell me how the *** to stop that annoying clipboard appearing? I
click close and as soon as I copy something the clipboard re-appears. Im
using Word 2003.

Click the options drop down at the bottom of the taskpane and set the option
you require.
