I actually have two questions about what is happening.

1st - I had an icon on the tool bar that I can click and add another tool
bar that simulated the To:/CC:/BCC: of an email I removed it in hope to
remove the email look and now I cannot find that icon?

2nd - How can I permanently remove the email To:/CC:/BCC: from a new
document? Can I just delete the normal template and have it remake a new
one?

Thanks
Steve

You don't specify what version of Word you have, but if it's 2002 or 2003,
look on the Standard toolbar for the E-mail button, which turns the email
headers on and off. If you quit Word with the header not displayed, it
should open this way the next time.

2nd: File, SendTo, Mail Recipient (it is a toggle command).

1st: Right-click on any toolbar and select Customise. On the Commands tab
select the File Category and then look for the SendTo Recipient command.
Drag and drop it back onto the Toolbar.
