The document control menu in Word is missing. How do I get it back again? Dear Bara We don't have any control menu in MS-Word. We only have a control toolbar. The one you can open when you press Alt + Space for the application or Alt + Hyphen for the document (child) window? If that's the case then to see the control menu for the document window you need to turn off the "Windows in the taskbar" under Tools/Options/View.
