Somehow someone set Word 2003  so when I press SHIFT " the character e with
accent above it comes up. Does anyone know where in Word 2003 I would go to
eradicate this and get back it responding with a quotation mark?

Thanks for any help!

If this is the only symptom you're seeing, look for an AutoCorrect entry. If
you experience other odd results with the quote key, make sure you haven't
enabled an international keyboard layout.
