We have multiple users who send word doc.'s directly out as emails, not as
attachments. Is there a macro which would require the user to run spell check
prior to the email being sent out? If so, where could I find it and are there
instructions for setting it up?
Thanks in advance for your help.

FOrgive me if i've got the wrong end of the stick, but isn't this just a case
of making sure your users copies of Word have then option to 'spellcheck as
you type switched' on?

Goto Tools --> Options --> Spelling and Grammar   then select appropriate box?

If not, re-post with more detailed info and we'll have another look.

Thanks Neil, I realized that this morning. I was so deep into looking at
macros and templates that I overlooked the obvious. I was hoping my post
would slip into oblivion before anyone saw it :) Your answer is correct.
