Water mark on word document

On a word document there are sample water marks available on the system. How
do I make my on water mark (e.g. my name) and put it diagonally on the
document? If I want to put my hand writing there how do I do that?

Is that ng archived by google? I'm not finding that post or any other
post from word.pagelayout.
