CVS file format fine except that SF.com has about 20 files tied together
through an account ID which I can't map in BCM.  Address fields seem to be
particularly  fickled. HELP!

Sorry I cannot help you with your problem, I just ask if you really want to
migrate. I consider migrating the other way. This is because of all the
instability issues and limitations with BCM.

The Import-Wizard in BCM is also very limited; I regularly import
Excel-files with account names and contact persons, but have also found no
way of associating the contacts with the accounts other than manually. I am
not aware of any customer key field in BCM.

I can definitely not recommend BCM, not even for indivuduals working alone.

Cheers, Thorbjorn
