Is it possible to access my colleagues' information by merging their BCM data
with mine ?

Is it also possible to access another user's BCM data from within my Outlook
(the same way we can access another user's e-mails, tasks, calendar, etc.) ?

Not at this time. Version 2 will support shared databases.
