I've been using Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager for 5 months
without a problem.  Yesterday I was saving some contact info and Outlook
crashed with the following error:

Business Contact Manager has encountered an error and needs to close.

From that point on I could not get into my Business Contacts as Outlook
would keep crashing with the same error (I could still use other Outlook
features).  I had to re-install Business Contact Manager to get back into my
Business Contacts.  I switched to a different database, and came back to the
original db (through the Data Management tool).  And now Outlook will start,
then do some Data Linking while loading and immediately crash.  I CAN'T EVEN
GET OUTLOOK TO RUN!

I assume something in my Business Contact DB is corrupted, how can I get
past this?

HELP!

Hi Robert,
first of all, i would run scanpst.exe if there are some problems in your pst
file.
If this is not the solution, deinstall the BCM and create a new profile,
after that install the BCM!
