I am just starting to use BCM within Outlook 2003.

As I work, I can add Notes, phone logs etc, with the current time/date.

BUT

If I have a post-it note, with info regarding old calls/messages/etc, how
can I type these into BCM, with the correct (older) dates ?? - I would like
to keep all my records in one place !! - not floating around my desk.

Hi,
The Business History items like Business Notes and Phone Logs pick up the
date/time from your system date. Hence, the only way to create a back dated
history item is by changing your system date before saving it.

Regards.

Or change the datetime directly in the database table with the history
item.
