BCM doesn't work now

I installed on Friday and had everything working (including the BCM for
Pocket PC). This morning when I started my computer, when Outlook started I
got an error saying that the database couldn't be found. After trying to
repair the installation, I got an error from the Startup Wizard saying that
the SQL server wasn't installed or was not accessible. Since then, I can't
get the BCM to install and work.

Any ideas? I'm working on a Dell laptop with XP Pro and Office 2003 installed.

Is the sqlserver process running in taskmanager?

Try starting Outlook without the Pocket PC cradled.

I don't think it was. Anyway, I re-installed the sqlserver and got it working
late yesterday. Just a minute ago, I re-booted my PC and now it says that the
sqlserver isn't running or is not accessible, even though I see the icon
saying it is running in my taskbar. Also, my PocketPC is not cradled. Now
what?
