My Business Contacts show history items from my Outlook inbox

When I open contacts in my Business Contact Manager, each of them displays my
personal Outlook inbox messages in the "history" box. How can I keep this
from happening? Also, my menu at the top shows only "Tools" -- not "Business
Tools."

Hi Linda,

This is a known issue for v1 of BCM. The easy solution is to upgrade to
v2, which recently released. Here's the link:
