How do I add fields to the business screen in Outlokk business Con

Please help!
I just got Outlook contact manager and I need to add some fields to the main
account screen. Like how many stores. I would also like to do the same in
business contacts.

Customizing BCM fields and forms is not officially supported by MS. However,
if you want to take a journey into unsupported land, it is possible - see
