Hi,

I installed the business contact manager, and for some reason it imediately
crashes outlook. I've uninstalled/reinstalled 8 times or so and no effect. I
tried installing all available updates. It seems to crash it the first steps
when its creating or associating a database with my outlook profile...Has
anyone expeerienced this, any solutions or ideas?

Thanks,

Frank

take care of the issue .Hope this helps

Anybody have an idea when the .Net Framework 2.0 - Outlook Business Contact
Manager incompatibility issue will be resolved.  I had the same experience as
Frank with BCM crashing as soon as the database is connected.

Did you get an answer to this?  I also have this issue.  There is a service
pack one for Outlook Business Contact Manager that Office update says I need,
but when I try to apply it, it says that it cannot be applied.
