I receive the following dialogue box with an error message.
"MANAGED MAPI SERVICE CATASTROPIC FAILURE"
Could not initialize CLR. System cannot find the file specified.

This box pops up when I load Outlook and I have to click the OK button
Then Business Contact Manager don't appear in Outlook 2003.
Can you help ?

What version of Microsoft .NET Framework (the CLR) is in your
Add\Remove Programs?

version 1.1

That's the right CLR version.

Do you get the option for additional error info, or to debug?

Finding the name of the missing file would help diagnose the problem.

You could try uninstalling BCM and the CLR (uninstall .NET Framework
from add/remove programs last). Then reinstalling BCM and letting it
install the CLR again.
