I have downloaded the plugin for BCM for my Ipaq and installed it.  When I
select Business Contact Manager from the Ipaq menu, I get a list of the
accounts fine.  The problem is that I can't see any history, details or any
other information that has been entered for the Account.  As a matter of
fact, the menu choice for history isn't available unless I select a 'business
contact' that has been associated to the account.
Shouldn't you be able to see the History for the BCM Account?
I thought that this was supposed to be one of the great features, to be able
to review your 'Account's' history before you walk in their door.

Scooter,

I have posted on a different similiar topic thread that the BCM Account items
do not currently synch to the Pocket PC.  What you are likely seeing is a
sort option of the Company field from the Business Contact Records which are
not necessarily the same thing as your Accounts list.  The Pocket PC app for
BCM currently only synchs the Business Contact folder record items plus a
limited number (5?) of linked History items for each Business Contact Record.
If my understanding is correct, Account folder items do not currently synch
to the pocket PC as amazing it is for anyone to believe!

I think that I read your post after posting this one.  It is amazing... , I
think what I will try, is to create a bcm contact in the BCM for each
account, then link them together.  E.g. create a contact called 'Business
Office' and then hook it to the Account.  Then, I can create the History
items there, and see them, even if it's just the last 5 entries.
What seems increadable, is that you can't even view the Account's address,
phone numbers or details.  I rely on this information heavily.  I'm not sure
why they even released the PDA version with this kind of limited access to
information at the account level.
Thank the stars that you can still leave/or make a copy of the Account in
contacts so you can get their phone number.
Thanks for the reply, I wondered if I had just entered the Twighlight Zone...

Best Regards
