I was trying to export the BCM.  Then went into help, and followed  the
instructions to associate a new database.  I thought it would create an
Access database I could use to modify.  It didn't, so I decided to delete it,
and did a search to find where it was, opened the containing folder, and
tried to delete it.  It said it was in use, so I closed Outlook.  Then tried
to delete it again, changed my mind and thought I should "Remove" it through
the file, Import/Export.

I click on it, it opens and immediately closes again.  How can I  get it to
open.  I checked the recycle bin, I did not delete the profile.  I am a
consultant (ouch!!) and this is not my computer - it belongs to a client, so
I need to get this sorted ASAP.
Thanks!  IF you need to send me an e-mail - I will give hers - it is
Anne(removethis)@INSAfrica.com.  My name is Lori (Feeling like a twit - but
realise I am gloriously fallible).

Okay - in the absense of a speedy reply, I decided to simply go back to the
previous restore point, and everything is now working fine!
