BCM Back Up Issues

I have been successfully backing up BCM (internal drive/overwrite file
but now recieve a "Some errors occured during Backup. Backup has bee
stopped" message every time I attempt it either (internal or external)
All data seems to be in place and working - I've run defrag - but to n
avail. Any help on what next steps would be

Hi

Does the issue occur if you create a new database and then try backing up
the data.Also does exporting that data as .bcm work fine ?and when you go to
manage database > check for error does it detect any
