Can you map Excel templates to OutlookBCM opportunities

I have Outlook 2003 with Business contact manager and wish to interface it
with Purchase Order templates in either word or Excel. Utilising the
Opportunity secion in outlook.
Can it be done if so how.

You can't through BCM, but Word or Excel can read the Opportunity data
direct from the BCM database using ODBC.

Can you eloborate? I have not had success getting data from the Opportunity
to Word or Excel.
