MS Office Forum / Outlook / Business Contact Manager / January 2006New Word Templates don't appear
I created a new Word Template and when I use the Action New letter to Business Contact, the template does not appear in the drop down list. WHY? Three possible answers. 1. Was the file saved as a template (.dot) extension? 2. Does the file name also include ltr or letter in the file name? 3. Is the template saved in the microsoft template file.
