After stumbling onto the knowledge that a BCM update had been released last
year I installed the update and the update's service pack 2 on my home
laptop.  Worked perfectly.

Now at work, where I really need it, I've installed the update and service
pack, but no Business Contacts entry appears in my Personal Folders list.
But if I try to reinstall the program or select the "Enable Business Contact
Manager for Outlook option that appears in the start menu, I'm told the
update is already installed.

I found the Business Contact Manager folder installed in the proper
sub-folder, but Outlook isn'nt finding it.

Any suggestions about how I can successfully activate the new BCM on my
computer?

Try Help menu > About Microsoft Outlook
Then click the button labled "Disabled Items..."
Select bcm and then click "enable"
Then restart Outlook.

Hope that helps!
