Don't want to use BCM with Outlook 2003

I am not going to use BCM with my Outlook 2003.  I am up to SR2 and
Windows XP Pro SR2.  When I open Outlook I get the following message:
"Business Contact Manager for outlook could not complete your last
action or actions.  Please try again."
I found a number of posts on this error message but none helped.  I
tried to uninstall the BCM in the Add/Remove function but Outlook and
BCM are shown as one program.  I also tried setting up a data base for
BCM just to keep it quiet but this didn't work either.  Can you help?
 Thanks, Numbers.

That's just BCM. You can uninstall it. Outlook itself is part of the
Office install.
