I am running XP home edition on a desktop which works fine.  I tried to do a
full install of office pro edition 2003 of which I also tried to install
small business contact manager.  Everything went well up to the point that I
tried to open outlook and got an error message that says 'object reference is
not set to an instance of an object', and then it freezes.

What is happening?  Is there an easy fix?  I've done this on every other
machine in the office and all work fine.  Could you email your solution to me
at computersupport@freightsavers.com, I would appreciate it.  This really has
me baffled.

Thanks in advance

Sounds like you need to upgrade v2. You can go to the following link to
download it.
