Ever since Monday I have started having trouble trying to send email from my
outlook account.  When ever I try to send a message to certain recipients I
get the message - "The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin)
character sets."

I've tried doing some searches on the subject but I haven't found anything
yet.  I currently have Outlook 2003, so I'm not sure if it has something to
do with certain email and web hosting companies not being able to accept my
messages.

Please respond as soon as possible.

You shold try your question on microsoft.public.outlook. BCM doesn't handle
that aspect of Outlook.
