BCM disappeared from file menu in Outlook 2003

Orginally BCM was on the file menu, but I deleted the folder from the folder
list.  BCM is still in my start menu, but I can't seem to see it on the
outlook file menu. Doesn't seem to appear in help menu either

File -> Manage Data Files
Business Contact Manager database
Reconnect to the old database, and it should come back online.
