I am attempting to BAckup to the hard drive as part of a weekly feature.  An
error message appears stating "Some errors occurred during Backup.  Backup
has been stopped."

It worked earlier in the month so why has it happened?

Offers would be appreciated.

Good Day Raul

I run BT Online Protection that includes an anti spyware.  In the past this
had no effect.  As i am a computer 'new boy' using Add and remove programmes
fills me with some dread so a simple guide of the steps to take would be
necessary.

Regards

Geoffrey

Good Day Raul

I am not sure what you mean in repairing .Net Frame work from add or remove
program as I am unable to find a programme in this name.

Cheers

Geoffrey

Hi Geoffrey

To resolve the problem try the following steps

1. Stopped the Windows Management Instrumentation Service in the
services.msc

2.Then Rename Repository folder the following directory under
C:\windows\system32\wbem\repository

3.and Restarted the WMI Service

Hope this helps
