I'm a database owner and I've shared and granted access to my business
contacts to another user. We noticed he is unable to view my contacts if my
computer is turned off.
Is there a way we can change the settings so he can see the business
contacts regardless?

Hi Cindy
The shared contacts wanted be accessiable one your computer is switched off
:(.You could try transfering the bcm contacts from the other computer as a
.bcm or .msbcm but this would defeat the whole purpose. The only thing that i
can say is this feature is being considered in the upcoming versions of BCM
V3 so lets hope that not all hope is lost

Hi Cindy,
Don't turn it off. :-)
If you have a server, it may be possible to move BCM to the server instead.
Another way would be to sync BCM to a mobile device running Windows Mobile
2002 or 2003 but not Windows Mobile 5.0 (as of this writing).
